Position Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will drive the strategic vision and execution of our global recruiting initiatives, scaling talent acquisition to meet our growth demands. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience managing global TA teams in high-growth and startup environments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, data-driven, and skilled at building and optimizing recruitment strategies across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in our hiring processes and foster a culture of belonging.
  • Develop and lead TA strategy to attract top-tier global talent across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Streamline and standardize recruitment processes, leveraging best practices and analytics for optimal efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and execute strategic workforce planning.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience to position the company as an employer of choice in various markets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on global talent acquisition trends, technologies, and job market conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years managing global teams, preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven experience leading TA functions across multiple regions with a solid understanding of local hiring practices and cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and inspiring global talent acquisition teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in recruiting analytics and technology to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
