Position Overview
Dodd Wireless is a San Diego–based sales and account management firm that partners with AT&T to help them grow through strong client relationships. As our team continues to expand in the San Diego market, we’re looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as an Entry-Level Account Manager. The Entry Level Account Manager position is designed for someone looking to start their career and gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and clear opportunities for growth and advancement. You’ll be trained from day one in all aspects of the business, working closely with the sales team and experienced Account Managers in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Location: In person
Key Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with current and new clients to present products and services and understand their goals while driving sales opportunities
- Support and manage active accounts by tracking communication, sales activity, and follow-ups
- Assist clients with questions or concerns and help ensure a smooth, professional experience, leaving them with a positive experience with every interaction
- Work alongside the sales team and other Entry Level Account Managers to improve sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction
- Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing trainings with the sales team and other Entry Level Account Managers that are focused on sales, communication, and account management
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Account Managers to share ideas and improve overall team performance, and meet sales goals
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates or those with experience in sales, customer service, or as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable work ethic
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
- Able to work in person, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed
