Position Overview

Join Panera Bread as an ASSOCIATE to work in both part-time and full-time roles in food production and customer service. Our cafe associates provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Compensation: $15/hr - $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.
• Perform tasks in both food production and customer service roles.
• Adhere to assigned shift schedules including opening, early mid, mid, late mid, and close shifts.
• Maintain a clean, positive, and energetic work environment.
• Uphold Panera Bread’s standards and values at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Some food service or retail experience preferred (but not necessary).
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Must be positive, friendly, and passionate about making guests happy.
• Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
