Position Overview

Join ECS as a Virtual Customer Support Agent atECS Virtual Support, LLC. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chat support from your home office.
  • Utilize your prior experience in customer service, call centers, virtual support, or administration to guide and assist customers.
  • Work as a 1099 contractor, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
  • Participate in dedicated training and certification sessions offered at various times throughout the day and evening.
  • Explore additional service opportunities based on your strengths and preferences.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles (call center or phone support preferred).
  • Must have, or be willing to set up, a dedicated home office (complete with a computer/laptop, reliable internet connection, and headset).
  • High level of professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary and willingness to undergo background, drug, technology, and voice assessments.
  • Technical requirements include a CPU equivalent to Intel i5 (i7 recommended, no Atom/Celeron/Pentium/Opteron), minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended), Windows 8.1 (64bit) or Windows 10 (64bit), a minimum internet download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps, and maximum network latency of 250 MS.
  • A desktop or laptop (wired via ethernet) is required; Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable.
