Position Overview

We are seeking a passionateSoftware Developer/Mathematician (C++) - REMOTEto join our innovative team in the slot gaming industry. In this permanent role as a Gaming Computer Scientist, you will ensure the mathematical integrity of gaming solutions and develop advanced C++ algorithms. This 100% remote position (must reside in New Brunswick, Ontario, or Nova Scotia) offersCompensation:$80,000 - $95,000 per year and the chance to be a part of something special.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced gaming algorithms using C++.
• Perform rigorous testing of gaming systems to ensure quality and compliance with gaming regulations.
• Utilize mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to optimize gaming algorithms and systems.
• Maintain and enhance gaming systems on Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and launch new game features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the gaming industry and computer science.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional C++ experience.
• A deep passion for Mathematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in casino/slot game development.
