Position Overview

New York Habitat (http://www.nyhabitat.com) is a successful international real estate and travel agency specializing in furnished rentals, bed and breakfast, and vacation rentals in New York, Paris, London, and the South of France. We are seeking a highly motivated and positive individual for a Marketing and Blog Writing Internship. This internship offers a well-designed training program covering international real estate and marketing, and provides you the opportunity to work with a diverse, multilingual team.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to write various types of articles on a wide range of international topics for our blog
• Write engaging descriptions about attractions in NYC, Paris, London, and the South of France
• Collaborate with an international and multilingual team and clientele
• Analyze and adjust listings to maximize rentability
• Communicate with property owners to identify and implement potential changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience writing blog articles, website content, or online marketing with a preference for real estate-related work
• Exceptional English communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with keyword and SEO guidelines
• Current student majoring in English, Advertising, or Real Estate
• Availability for a minimum of 3 months at 15 hours per week
• Ability to work remotely and attain academic credits for the internship (Necessary)
• Outstanding customer service skills and a keen interest in real estate
