Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Partner with your Account Manager to target key accounts and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform a variety of customer service-related activities.

• Compensation:Upon successful completion of the hourly training period, enjoy abase salary of $50,000with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year, your base salary increases to$60,000.
