Position Overview
Humana’s Primary Care Organization is seeking a Product Marketing Professional to support CenterWell Senior Primary Care. In this role, you will serve as an Account Executive responsible for implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs from concept to completion. You will work closely with marketing managers, consultants, and analysts while managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained. This position reports to the Product Marketing Lead.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Remote)
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching new markets, new center grand openings, and integration of practices acquired via mergers and acquisitions.
- Execute multi-channel marketing plans, including versioning collateral and sales materials for each market.
- Manage the printing and distribution of marketing materials and support grand opening event planning.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., promotional merchandise, print warehouses, event vendors, photography/videography) to ensure work meets strategic objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Drive the activation of the CenterWell Senior Primary Care value story to support patient acquisition and retention.
- Execute patient and agent marketing tactics in collaboration with the PCO marketing team.
- Participate in the annual development of marketing plans aligned with corporate and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to inform, develop, and activate marketing strategies that drive CenterWell Senior Primary Care awareness and trust.
- Synthesize disparate marketing requests to enhance process efficiencies and optimize spend.
- Oversee event vendors to ensure successful execution of patient acquisition events.
- Contribute as an integral member of the marketing team, helping shape the team’s culture and strategic approach.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
- Experience Required: 3 years of marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital and media marketing strategies
- Strong project management and event planning skills with proven ability to manage budgets and diverse projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership
