Position Overview

Snapchat is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to lead our AI initiatives. In this role, you will create and implement advanced generative models that enhance the platform’s user experience while working with a dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI models to enhance Snapchat’s user experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to innovate AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and generative AI.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks, data analysis, and programming languages to optimize model performance.
• Work with product managers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of various generative AI models.
• Troubleshoot and debug machine learning algorithms and models.
• Document and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing generative AI models.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.
