Position Overview

As an Integrated Account-Based Marketing Manager at TP, you will lead dynamic ABM campaigns for IT Services in a fully remote setting. In this role, reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and other marketing groups to drive targeted outreach for Cloud Services, Intelligent Automation, Security, and Data Services. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct creation and rollout of ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts and buying groups for meaningful engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success to synchronize priorities and develop unified account strategies.
  • Execute tactics across multiple channels including paid media, social engagement, events, email communications, and custom content to expand market presence and drive revenue.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to track results and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate impactful content for high-value accounts and mentor field teams on successful ABM approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Seven or more years’ experience in B2B marketing of IT Services, including at least three years in ABM roles.
  • Advanced skills with Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven track record managing high-impact marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent project management, analytics, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
