Hourly Wage Estimate: $48.32 - $72.49 / hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care services in the unit in collaboration with the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Operationalize current nursing strategies, including employee rounding and hourly rounds, to improve engagement.
- Provide recommendations regarding interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, including conflict resolution and personnel policy compliance.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nevada
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- STABLE certification within three (3) months of hire
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring validation within 6 months of hire
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI)
- National Certification (ANCC) required within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1 year of applicable experience
