Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Associate to support client campaigns in retail and customer-facing environments. This role focuses on direct customer engagement, sales execution, and learning foundational marketing and sales processes within a structured team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face environment
  • Represent client products and services accurately and responsibly
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies as directed by management
  • Support customer acquisition and retention objectives
  • Meet individual performance goals related to sales and service quality
