- Serve as AAIA’s technology voice at the executive table and partner with the CSO to ensure sales commitments align with technical feasibility.
- Provide technical due diligence and input during business development conversations while shaping the long-term tech roadmap.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team and establish agile development, QA, security, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering ML/LLM-driven solutions that scale.
- Startup experience with a track record of building from scratch using lean resources.
- Ability to operate as both a hands-on builder and a strategic executive.
- Strong understanding of education technology ecosystems (LMS/SIS) and enterprise integrations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a commitment to quality while moving fast.
- Experience leading technical teams from early-stage startups to scale-ups.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, peers, and investors on technical strategy.
Compensation & Equity
- Pay range: $100.00 – $200.00 per hour, based on performance and outcomes.
- Equity: Up to 25–40% based on company revenue structure.
- Option to evolve into a base salary + equity + performance incentives as the company scales.
- No cap on income: Compensation scales directly with success.
Benefits & Perks
- Real equity and ownership in AAIA’s growth trajectory.
- Opportunity to build the technical foundation of a disruptive AI company.
- Direct collaboration with the CEO, CSO, and the executive leadership team.
