Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver creative, user-focused solutions. Communicate design concepts throughout the process using wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Continuously integrate user feedback and business objectives into product updates, while advocating for design-driven improvements and refinements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of visual design experience
  • 2+ years of experience with a SaaS company
  • Linear or Digital advertising experience
  • Experience working directly with product, engineering, and QA teams
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with design systems like Figma or Sketch
  • Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Be detail-oriented
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary
  • Be a strong team player but still a Self-starter
  • Maintain solid presentation skills
