Cybersecurity Analyst (Sustainment)

Position Overview

ITS, LLC is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our Colorado Springs, Colorado team. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the Cybersecurity onboarding, alignment, and sustainment of traditional information technology and platform information technology for the Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) program.

Salary Note: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is based on education, experience, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity expertise to mission system owners through CSSP onboarding and alignment procedures.
• Gather and review cyber architectural artifacts for compliance with DoD and USSF governance and instructions.
• Draft and maintain CSSP Service Level Agreements (SLA) in coordination with subscriber mission partners.
• Prepare and present briefings, reports, and informational analysis to cybersecurity stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification with Continuing Education (CE) – (CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Clearance Requirement: Secret.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Information Security or Cybersecurity experience in the DoD or Federal Government.
• Effective communication skills both orally and in writing, with the ability to negotiate complex issues and write comprehensive policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated capability to present reports and deliver presentations clearly, articulately, and concisely, along with technical writing experience in drafting cybersecurity-related documents.
