Position Overview

Lead the Search for Excellence - Executive Recruiter at Lexington Medical Center is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven recruitment professional. As the Executive Recruiter, you won’t just fill roles; you’ll help shape the future of South Carolina’s top-ranked health care organization by securing leaders who embody our culture of compassion, collaboration, and excellence. This on-site, full-time position (Day Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) requires a sharp eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes searches with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and credentialed healthcare positions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies and search assignments.
  • Source, screen, interview, and extend offers while managing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain a professional presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and promote the employer brand.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, travel, and schedules with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
  • Manage external partnerships with staffing agencies and search firms as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and internal standards (e.g., OFCCP).
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, business reviews, and local recruitment events.
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.
  • Handle all candidate and leadership interactions with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Obtain membership with a professional HR or Healthcare organization within 6 months of hire.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Related Field; or substitutes:
    • An Associate’s Degree with 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
    • A High School Diploma or Equivalent with 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience related to Human Resources.
  • Advanced knowledge in full life cycle recruiting including sourcing diverse applicants, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Experience in talent mapping, succession planning, event coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM systems, and HRIS systems.
