Marketing and Sales Representative

Position Overview

We partner with well-known brands to connect customers with the products and services they need. We’re currently hiring motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our Plano-based team. Key Responsibilities

• Represent national brands in a face-to-face retail environment
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and explain product benefits
• Generate leads and assist with product or service enrollment
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
• Support team goals and contribute to a high-energy, performance-based culture
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus – full training provided
