Job Description

Position Overview

This role serves as a liaison between the company and its worldwide high-profile customers, ensuring a seamless pre, during, and post car rental experience. The position is critical for retaining and growing specialty customer business, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to generating approximately $23M in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify, research, and communicate information to provide options for new and existing car rental reservations, including cross-selling ancillary products and services.
  • Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards for high-profile customers such as those in Chairman’s Club, President’s Club, and other prestige groups.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to past and future car rentals by researching and implementing effective solutions.
  • Input necessary data into company systems to track and maintain customer records.
  • Provide prompt assistance with the completion and processing of forms or reports regarding special reservation handling requirements.
  • Coordinate upcoming reservations and investigate service issues through telephone or email communications with field operations personnel.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care environment or inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective listening and telephone skills.
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Office, and multiple specialized applications.
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • For work-from-home roles: Must maintain a non-disruptive, distraction-free, safe, and ergonomically sound workspace with high-speed internet to support secure and uninterrupted connectivity, including video conferencing.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required, with a training period of 4 weeks (Monday - Friday).
