Position Overview
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions through its family of renowned brands. Working within our innovative IT team, you will help redefine vehicle rental, sales, and sharing by leading a talented group of professionals to develop and deliver powerful technology solutions across the globe.
As the IT Manager of Product Delivery with a focus on Remarketing, you will design and implement the strategic IT Product Roadmap, oversee people management, ensure production health, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Engineers to enhance productivity and drive strategic outcomes.
- Develop and implement the IT Product Roadmap for Vehicle Remarketing Solutions, ensuring production stability and security.
- Oversee people management activities including hiring, career planning, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Business teams to identify, mitigate, and resolve production issues.
- Establish and enforce policies, standards, and procedures that support team activities and drive a product-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri or the immediate surrounding area.
- 6+ years of related experience with 2+ years of IT project management and team leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading application development teams in high transactional volume environments and managing all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate periodic after-hours and weekend responses to incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
