Position Overview
Lincoln Tech is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as an HVAC Technician Instructor. Based in Location: Union, New Jersey, you will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals by delivering both theoretical and hands‐on training in our state‐of‐the‐art facility. In this role you will help shape the next generation of HVAC talent while enjoying a Schedule: 4-day work week with three-day weekends. With over 75 years of excellence in career training, Lincoln Tech is committed to hands-on, skills-focused education that empowers students for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum
- Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards
- Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices
- Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness
- Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
