Position Overview
The City of North Richland Hills is seeking a Utility Billing and Meter Operations Manager – a senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing utility billing, collections, and water meter operations that support accurate revenue collection and customer service. The position manages office and field teams, optimizes the City’s Tyler Technologies billing system, and leads audits, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. The role requires a hands-on, analytical leader who fosters accountability and collaboration, develops policies and training, and resolves complex billing issues while partnering with other departments to ensure operational accuracy and sound financial outcomes.
