Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and track key quality metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address any quality issues or non-conformances.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our quality processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on quality-related topics and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met from the design phase to production.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
