Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
• Operate tools and equipment safely in compliance with company standards
• Assist with maintenance and cleanup of work areas to ensure a safe environment
• Support production processes by following instructions and best practices
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual labor
• Strong attention to safety, following protocols and procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to operate or learn to operate basic machinery and equipment

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
