Help Desk Technician - IT Support 💰 Salary: $45,760 - 54,080 per year

🛠️ Our tech stack:

Active Directory, Android, Ethernet, Hardware, Support, Mobile, Network, Office 365, TCP/IP, VPN, Windows, iOS

📝 Requirements:

  • Proficient in Windows 10 and 11, Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory maintenance and user support
  • Knowledge of Windows-based devices including laptops, workstations, printers, and scanners
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Understanding of client PC connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Comprehension of file server management
  • Microsoft certifications beneficial
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Microsoft Windows environment

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Manage Tier 1 helpdesk escalations using a ticketing system
  • Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Create user accounts and configure hardware as part of the onboarding process
  • Oversee and monitor internal assets for accurate inventory management
  • Assist in the administration of the phone system
  • Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
  • Develop training manuals as required
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
