Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview

Pure Energy Window Company, Michigan’s leading window and door installation company, is expanding its sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients while visiting residential and commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Visit residential and commercial locations to engage potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Manage customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain a record of daily interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business or sales is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capable of maintaining daily records of sales activities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
