Position Overview
An Insight Global employer is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join a talented team passionate about the weather and people. As an Ambassador of our client's Brand, you will be a technically savvy customer success associate with a strong drive for results. In this role, you will troubleshoot customer issues, serve as a customer advocate, provide insights on trends and issues, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. Compensation: $15 - $21/HR.
