Waste Free Planet is dedicated to promoting a circular economy by exploring and implementing sustainable waste reduction solutions.We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated SEO / Website Development Internto help optimize and expand our digital presence. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in website management, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing within the sustainability space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility
- Optimize website content for search engines and user experience
- Assist with website updates, content management, and performance tracking
- Analyze site traffic using tools like Google Analytics and suggest improvements
- Research and apply best practices for sustainable digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the team on website enhancements and user engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website development
- Familiarity with platforms like Squarespace, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in sustainability and circular economy principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, or basic website coding (preferred but not required)
