Schulz Pipeline Construction is a family-owned utility contractor serving the Tulsa area since 2011. We install underground gas and water lines and operate directional drilling crews with a commitment to doing things the right way, treating people with respect, and growing from within.

We’re looking for a laborer who’s ready to learn, show up, and grow. Whether you’re new to construction or already have experience, you’ll work side-by-side with a skilled foreman and gain hands-on training in the gas, water, and drilling trades.

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Tulsa, OK 74107

Key Responsibilities

• Safely spot and dig around live gas, water, and other utilities
• Assist with directional drilling, trenching, and backfilling
• Load/unload tools and materials
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Work closely with an experienced crew leader
• Learn and grow through on-the-job training

Required Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 60+ lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Pass a federal drug screen (pre-employment and random)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
