Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to pediatric patients while being sensitive to the needs of parents.
• Perform medical exams, collect patient information, and document patient records.
• Educate parents and children on various healthcare topics.
• Carry out medical tests and procedures as necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising physician.
• Assist with patient scheduling and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep up-to-date with medical technologies and procedures.
• Provide support to other medical staff members as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting or a related field.
• Valid certification as a Medical Assistant.
• At least one year of experience working with pediatric patients.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
