Position Overview

Head of Marketing at a high-growth healthtech/AI company located onsite in Tampa, Florida (relocation provided). Backed by over $100M in funding and serving 1,500+ employers, this is your chance to rebuild the entire enterprise B2B marketing engine, drive predictable pipeline, and generate real revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and rebuild the enterprise B2B marketing engine by identifying gaps, fixing friction, and scaling revenue-generating efforts.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to target the right accounts, accelerate deal cycles, and support renewals and expansions.
  • Drive growth through hands-on execution across digital channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting, lifecycle marketing, and ABM.
  • Build funnels, dashboards, and attribution models to make performance visible and double down on strategies that work.
  • Use AI, automation, and rapid testing to refine messaging, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
