Position Overview
At Anderson Business Advisors, we are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth and client acquisition for our Tax, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning services. This full-time role, located in our Rainbow Office in Las Vegas, NV with optional remote work, offers Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies including paid advertising, social media, search, email, affiliates, and events to drive customer acquisition.
- Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling offers, landing pages, and campaign assets tailored to specific client segments.
- Align marketing initiatives with the broader organizational goals and service-line directives.
- Lead the strategy, launch, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-performing video ads and short-form content while continuously A/B testing creative assets to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
- Analyze the full marketing funnel, identify friction points, and implement A/B testing for improvement.
- Drive lead nurturing through webinars, live events, workshops, and interactive content.
- Monitor and manage KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CAC, engagement metrics, and overall campaign ROI while building dashboards to track marketing performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven success managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and make strategic recommendations based on data.
- Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally in financial services, tax, legal, or consulting.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or coursework in digital marketing or growth marketing strategies.
