Position Overview

The COOP Careers Fellowship in data analytics or digital marketing offers an opportunity for recent college graduates or emerging professionals to gain the skills and network needed to launch an exciting tech career. Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in our job training courses and earn free certifications.
• Engage with a large network of professionals to access career opportunities.
• Attend training sessions three evenings per week (Monday–Wednesday, 6:30–9:30 PM).
• Leverage the career accelerator fellowship resources to build your professional skills.

Required Qualifications

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will earn one before February 18, 2026.
• Reside within a two-hour commuting distance to Chicago.
• Currently unemployed or underemployed (where your current job does not require a bachelor’s degree).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (e.g., permanent resident, employment authorization, or DACA recipient).
• Available to attend sessions three evenings per week (Monday–Wednesday, 6:30–9:30 PM).
• At least 21 years of age by February 18, 2026.
• Identify as either a first-generation college graduate (or from a family where a sibling is the first to earn a bachelor’s degree) or as a recipient of financial aid (qualified for a Pell Grant or state need-based financial aid).
