Position Overview

A company is seeking a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1. This role is Schedule: Part Time and Location: Remote. The successful candidate will provide prompt and efficient service to members through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
  • Conduct basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions
  • Perform account maintenance and ensure confidentiality of member information

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience with a successful track record in service and sales
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and remote signing
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in helping members with an empathetic and caring nature
