Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and reflect the Target culture in every interaction.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products with attention to merchandising standards.
• Accurately manage cash register operations and ensure efficient merchandise handling.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support sales goals and operational efficiency.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.
• Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
• Quick problem solving and a strong attention to detail to follow multi-step processes.
• Physical capability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
