Job Description

Position Overview

The Tyndale Company – a 9x Top Workplace in PA and 4x in TX and a national leader in innovative arc‑rated flame‑resistant clothing – is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing and Advertising. In this strategic role, you will own the digital advertising roadmap across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and geotargeted Performance Max, transforming clicks into a robust pipeline and record‑breaking revenue. You will lead omnichannel lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics reporting while working in a hybrid/remote environment (minimum onsite 2 days/week) from or near Pipersville, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute aggressive omnichannel lead generation strategies across all B-to-B segments to drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Own and execute the digital advertising roadmap across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, geotargeting campaigns, and Performance Max initiatives.
  • Manage and allocate six‑figure advertising budgets across various channels ensuring accountability for measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal design, content, and Salesforce teams to optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, conversion paths, and end‑to‑end lead management processes.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, content development, and ensure technical SEO components are properly implemented.
  • Provide strategic direction for creative content including ad copy, design, video, and interactive formats ensuring brand consistency and conversion optimization.
  • Own digital performance reporting using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio while establishing KPIs to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal teams and manage agency/vendor relationships to align paid media efforts with overall business and branding strategies.
  • Identify emerging digital market opportunities and adopt new advertising technologies to drive efficiency and scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising, including leadership roles with P&L accountability.
  • Proven track record in scaling lead generation programs, reducing customer acquisition costs, and increasing ROI.
  • Deep expertise in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and YouTube formats coupled with advanced proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills with demonstrated excellence in agency/vendor management.
  • In-depth understanding of modern B2B digital marketing funnels and enterprise buyer journeys.
