Position Overview

Crush City Innovations in Location: Houston, TX is hiring entry-level marketing, customer service, and management trainees for immediate openings. This is a full-time, in-person position (Schedule: Full-time in-person) with comprehensive training and weekly pay (Compensation: Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses and pay increases). No prior experience is required (Experience Required: None). We are looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals ready to build a long-term career. Open roles include Entry Level Marketing, Entry Level Sales, Customer Service Representative, and Management Trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of sales and marketing strategy, customer interaction, and brand representation.
• Work face-to-face with customers, clients, and local businesses to drive product and service awareness.
• Promote products and services to customers, clients, and businesses.
• Act as the main point of contact for all customers.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Learn marketing, leadership, and management fundamentals.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and client promotions.
• Develop communication and professional skills through training.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be local to Houston, TX.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Strong communication skills.

• Energetic, professional, and motivated.
