Graphic Designer - Print/Digital Job at Captiva Marketing in Saint Louis

Position Overview

Captiva Marketing seeks a Graphic Designer whose abilities complement our creative team environment. The selected candidate would offer a creative approach on all design projects—print, digital, or web—as well as detailed maintenance on existing projects. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of design experience, although entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Create design from initial concept to completion
• Design web pages and collaborate with front end development on execution
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with account managers and the design/development team
• Understand the impact of UI/UX and interactive design

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong graphic design and production skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organization skills
• Ability to clearly communicate design visions to clients
• Earned bachelor's degree or equivalent graphic/web design experience
• 3-5+ years of graphic design experience is ideal

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, is a plus
