Member Service Representative/Personal Banker

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Direct dealing with members and potential members
• Support and promote a successful service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions (loan payments, transfer of funds)
• Research and resolve member concerns
• Accurately record member information
• Utilize the provided software system to perform member transactions
• Engage with members to explain available services and meet their financial needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
• Previous banking or financial services experience
• Demonstrated desire to provide outstanding member service
• Ability to discuss products and services confidently
• Professional appearance accompanied by an enthusiastic, assertive personality
• Self-motivated with strong computer and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments
• Dependable with a commitment to punctuality

• Variable compensation plan with an opportunity to earn up to $3000
