Position Overview

Sears Holdings Customer Support Call Centers is a national operation that handles over 130 million customer interactions annually. We provide comprehensive training in systems, products, and soft skills. Sears is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE to build customer loyalty and drive sales by offering valuable products and services.

Onsite Job Fair: Tuesday May 6th, 9am - 2pm at 1300 Louis Henna Blvd, Round Rock TX 78664.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build customer loyalty and generate sales by delivering outstanding service.
  • Attend the Job Fair – bring your resume, complete the application and emailed assessment ahead of time for expedited processing.
  • Follow instructions: dress in business/casual attire and plan up to 2 hours to complete the process.
  • Refer friends, family, and acquaintances to join the great Sears team.

  • Completion of the online assessment emailed after applying is required.
