Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Marketing Assistant to join the productive team at Alvearium Marketing in Sacramento, CA. This entry-level position offers one-on-one training and the opportunity to develop key skills in market research, sales tactics, and client communication while working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager. Ideal candidates are strong in leadership, teamwork, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact directly with clients and customers
• Conceptualize and lead promotional sales campaigns, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager
• Identify specific target markets to help promote our clients’ products and services
• Coordinate and present territory research to both entry-level and senior-level Marketing Teams
• Develop and showcase leadership skills throughout the role
• Build brand awareness through individualized marketing and sales campaigns
• Support all facets of marketing with a customer-first approach to drive growth and brand loyalty
• Deliver daily results and meet set objectives and goals
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with designated projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4-year degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-centric environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• Versatile, dependable, friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
