E-Commerce and Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce & Marketing Associate to support our online business operations and marketing initiatives. This role involves maintaining and optimizing ecommerce platforms, analyzing market trends, updating product listings, and engaging with customers via email and SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Digital Marketing
• • Optimize product listings on Amazon, BigCommerce, and other ecommerce platforms.
• • Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO for Tekram's website and product pages.
• • Improve website structure, meta tags, and technical SEO for better rankings.
• • Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Ecommerce & Market Research
• • Maintain and update product information on Amazon, BigCommerce, and other sales channels.
• • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing fluctuations.
• • Identify opportunities to expand Tekram's product reach and visibility.
• • Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization strategies.
• Email & Customer Engagement
• • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
• • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for higher open and conversion rates.
• • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a strong brand presence.

Required Qualifications

• • Strong analytical skills and ability to track market trends
• • Excellent written communication skills for customer outreach and content updates
• • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
• • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, BigCommerce, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience in marketing, ecommerce, or technology is preferred
• • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, BigCommerce, and SEO is a plus
• • Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools is a plus.

• Compensation:$22 - $23 per hour (Growth after probationary period)
