Position Overview

Join Our Team as an Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Think Tell Junction. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our dynamic marketing department. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns – an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or those beginning their career in marketing.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: In person at our office in Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and insights.
• Support the creation of content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Collaborate with the team on promotional activities and events.
• Help manage and maintain the marketing database and CRM systems.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
