Nationally recognized interior design firm, providing services exclusively to the single family and multi-family residential development industries, is seeking a talented design professional to join its award-winning team. Kathy Andrews Interiors invites motivated, team-oriented, and well-organized candidates to apply for the Designer position in the Presentation Department for the Single Family Division. This role involves working collaboratively to create award-winning interiors for single family model home projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Create concepts and document approved design concepts
- Participate in team meetings to develop project presentations
- Attend client presentations to support the presenter and document feedback
- Maintain project files and resource materials
- Collaborate with team members on creating presentation materials
- Perform additional design and support tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (or advanced) in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited school
- At least 3 years of interior design industry experience, including creating design concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and AutoCad (or Draftsight)
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
