This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position with schedules running Sunday–Thursday OR Monday–Friday with rotating weekends. Hours are 10am–7pm EST OR 11am–8pm EST.Remote work applicants may not work from California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners
  • Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information and asking pre-qualifying questions
  • Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
  • Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers
  • Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers

Required Qualifications

  • Inside or field sales experience preferred
  • Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
  • Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
  • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
  • Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of calls
  • Ability to counter customer objections
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $16.50 per hour (or greater if your state of residency requires) plus bonus per pay period based upon individual performance. Target annual compensation for this position is $34,000 to $55,000.
