Position Overview

PGIM 2026 Real Estate, Summer Investment Analyst Program (Agriculture) is available in Fresno, CA and Orlando, FL (Hybrid). PGIM Real Estate provides investors and borrowers access to a range of real estate equity, real estate debt, agriculture, and impact solutions. PGIM Agricultural Finance and Investments (PAI) boasts a 100-year history in the agricultural space, managing $8.3 billion in agricultural mortgages and over $2.1 billion in real estate investments. This 10‐week internship offers impactful projects in financial modeling, analysis, and cross‐functional support within both debt and equity teams – a first step toward a potential long‐term career with Prudential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modeling to evaluate potential new investment opportunities for a wide variety of agricultural commodities.
  • Perform underwriting and analysis to support asset management decisions, including acquisitions, financing, buy/sell scenarios, and property valuations.
  • Evaluate capital development projects for farmland properties under management.
  • Provide analytical support on market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and the preparation of farmland investment recommendations and loan briefs for investment committee approval.
  • Assist in operation and reporting activities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to evaluate potential Agricultural Technologies that improve business efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Must possess the requisite US employment authorization as Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required.
  • Strong quantitative skills with proven analytical ability.
  • Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: $30.00 to $35.00 an hour – specific pricing may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
