Job Description
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will support and implement all marketing efforts for CareSpot Urgent Care by proactively building and maintaining key community partnerships and executing regional marketing strategies. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to drive patient visits and build brand awareness. Candidates must be adaptable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and maintain large community partnership opportunities to drive business growth and new patient visits.
- Assist with developing and executing regional marketing plans and tactics.
- Collaborate closely with the Director, Marketing to ensure initiatives remain within budget and maximize CareSpot brand awareness.
- Participate in bi-annual Center Manager meetings and coordinate local field requests and event activities.
- Create and distribute the monthly internal newsletter.
- Coordinate with the Operations team on marketing collateral orders and local event participation.
- Conduct outreach to both existing and potential vendor relationships.
- Prepare and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
- Develop market insights and assist with research and competitive analysis.
- Embody CareSpot core values of CARE (Compassion, Authenticity, Respect, Empowerment) in all interactions.
- Work with the web developer team on website updates, forms, and content changes, including backend modifications.
- Collaborate with Accounting to process monthly invoices and manage the marketing budget.
- Be available outside of business hours when needed for website or Google location updates.
- Oversee website-generated inquiries to ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the Director of Marketing and the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, or related experience through internships and/or 2+ years of work experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report development, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to build relationships and identify market opportunities to drive patient volume.
- Excellent organization, time management, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to prioritize an aggressive workload.
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA (https://info.flclearinghouse.com/).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Active Campaign or other email marketing platforms.
