    The Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Technician will report to the NPI Supervisor at Tesla in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will lead a team of NPI Technicians, execute NPI builds and line trials, maintain the NPI area, and ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions while validating work quality. You will also mentor Production Associates, provide feedback, define standard work, and drive process improvements. <strong>Compensation / salary range: $35.10 - $42</strong>

    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Mentor Production Associates and ensure adherence to standards and schedules.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Provide feedback, define standard work processes, and suggest improvements.</li>
