Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in sustainable fashion, is seeking an innovative Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to drive their online growth initiatives in Atlanta, Georgia, US. This role requires a data‐driven marketer with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, a passion for customer acquisition and retention, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful multi‐channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for various channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email copy to optimize conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce growth.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have driven significant revenue growth.
  • Expertise in managing paid search (PPC), paid social, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
