Entry-Level Production Workers

Position Overview

This entry-level Production Worker role provides on-the-job training and flexible shifts (1st shift: 6am-4pm and 3rd shift: 8pm-6am—with initial training on 1st shift). Enjoy compensation of $16.00/hr & OT=$24.00/hr, weekly direct deposit or pay card, and abundant opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive components and parts.
• Work effectively both independently and as a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow work orders and instructions.
• Assemble parts using hand tools, including sanding and finishing as needed.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Package products with appropriate materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production is a plus – although no experience is required as full training is provided.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, initiative, dependability, and punctuality.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage physical tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work with or around fiberglass and to take on overtime hours when needed.
