Job Description
Position Overview
Based in Nashville, TN, Peachtree Entertainment is a prominent national concert promoter focused on large-scale touring projects, innovative indoor rodeo concepts, and outdoor festivals. In this role, the Talent Buyer collaborates with promoters, marketing, ticketing, and production teams to book, plan, and execute concerts, tours, and festivals. You will secure live entertainment that aligns with Peachtree’s brand, drive ticket sales, manage budgets, and ensure both the financial and creative success of each event while upholding the company’s top-tier reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and artist representatives.
- Research and book talent appropriate for Peachtree’s venues, tours, and festivals.
- Negotiate all contractual agreements, including fees, riders, and deal structures.
- Collaborate with marketing and ticketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Work with production managers to ensure successful on-site show execution.
- Manage entertainment budgets and forecast projections to ensure profitability.
- Oversee event settlements in coordination with accounting and venue teams.
- Track and maintain accurate internal documentation (contracts, calendars, booking systems).
- Represent Peachtree Entertainment at industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities.
- Identify emerging talent and recommend opportunities to strengthen Peachtree’s roster.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for both artists and fans.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent buying, booking, or related experience in the live music industry.
- Strong existing industry relationships with agents, managers, and artists.
- Proven negotiation, deal-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and booking software tools (Prism).
- Deep understanding of current music trends and regional/national markets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
